FIFCO has developed a solid programme to train and to help improve officiating thoughout all levels of corporate football.

Every year, FIFCO takes on new incumbent referees and trains them to reach the highest level of competitive football around the world.

All our referees receive on-going support, evaluations and trainings to improve their ability to handle competitive games.  Embracing the FIFA Laws of the Game, our referees are trained to enhance the overall corporate football experience.
